🌿 About Donja

Although Donja won’t be at the workshops in person, we’re so grateful for her support. She runs Donja’s Well-Being for Kids, helping children and young people (ages 0–18) develop the tools they need to feel confident, calm, and resilient.

With over 40 years of experience in child development, behaviour and mental health, Donja offers support through schools, workshops, parent sessions, and 1:1 appointments.

She helps children:

  • Understand and manage their emotions

  • Calm their minds and bodies

  • Build confidence and self-esteem

  • Navigate stress and change

Resilience and self-belief aren’t things we’re born with – they’re things we grow!

🧘 Wellbeing Tent Schedule

1:10-1:40

Tina Short (Pilates)
Hi, I’m Tina of Sportina! I help 40+ females & males to move their body in a way that helps them feel more mobile, stronger and supports them with everyday activities of daily living. I have helped dozens of people improve their mobility, body awareness, strength, balance and general knowledge of how the body works. I love the way the Pilates & Yoga compliment each other and as an added bonus they help the student perform ‘other’ types of exercise more mindfully & safely.

1:50-2:10

Vicki McCordall (Breathwork)
Vicki is a qualified breath coach and yoga teacher, trained in Oxygen Advantage techniques. She works with clients of all ages to improve wellbeing, reduce stress, and boost performance through breathing.

2:30-3:00

Grace Anson - yoga
I’m Grace Anson For me, becoming a Vinyassa yoga practitioner is a way of life and teaching is a vocation over a job or occupation. Vinyasa yoga is is meditation in motion. A flowing, fluid style of yoga where each pose is linked to the pose before and after, synchroning with the breath and releasing energy from the body which does not serve us in a positive manner. It can help improve flexibility and mobility, reduce stress and strengthen muscles.

3:10-3:40

Nikki (Bonsai Chi – Family Class)
A low-impact, whole body, gentle flowing exercise to refresh and calm the mind and body. The movements in Bonsai Chi are predominately based on the traditional karate style of Wado Ryu, and are practised as slow flowing movements. You will learn different drills, standing still, moving forwards, backwards and sideways. Our sessions are designed to help you improve your mindfulness and mental well-being. Gentle breathing exercises and continuous flowing motions allow you to develop an inner ‘chi’ and relax your mind, whilst re-energising your body.

3:50-4:10

Kelly Horton (Nutrition Talk)
Nutritionist & Lifestyle Therapist with a background as a dental hygienist "Having spent the last 25 years as a Dental Hygienist, I developed an interest in nutrition, specifically its impact on gum disease and oral health. This prompted me to gain a Master's Degree in Nutritional & Lifestyle Therapy. I’m far from perfect and understand the challenges of juggling work, family and social commitments whilst trying to follow a healthy lifestyle. But small changes can reap big rewards, contributing towards a happier, more content life ahead.

4:30-5:00

Claudia Ehler (Intuitive Hatha Yoga)
Inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, Claudia’s yoga focuses on releasing tension and tuning into the body’s natural rhythm through slow, mindful movement.

5:10-5:40

Angela (Meditation - Cotswold Meditation & Mindfulness)
This is a 30-minute session running from 5:10–5:40pm. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time. Participants must be aged 12 or over. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

5:50-6:20

Ann Chen (Tai Chi)
Ann Chen has been teaching Tai Chi and Health Qigong for 8 years. The classes improve people's physical, mental and emotional health strength muscles, ligaments and also ''massage'' organs through different postures.
